Once you’ve checked out on our website and your payment is confirmed we will dispatch your order within 24 hours via our delivery partners (this varies as per the shipping address provided during checkout). Any order within India should not take more than 7-10 working days to deliver depending on the location.
Please note: Since we partner with logistics providers, there might be cases where orders are delayed due to (unforeseen circumstances situations i.e. service delay due to the situation at large in your area of delivery). In such cases, we will provide a reference number for order tracking so that the customer can also get in touch with the logistics provider.

Can I request a refund?
No refunds are possible once payment has been made. If due to some reason the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product – we will issue a credit note/coupon for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
